Responsibilities: Handle full set of accounts for multiple clients, including GST submissions Perform accurate and timely data entry into accounting system Maintain financial schedules (Fixed Assets, Prepayments, Accruals, Loans) Carry out bank reconciliations and ensure balance sheet accuracy Assist in corporate tax computations and ensure tax compliance Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and consistency Process invoicing and ad-hoc financial transactions Support audit process by preparing documents and liaising with auditors Perform general accounting and administrative duties as assigned
