For one of our clients, we are looking for a Tele Sales Agent to support their campaign. Key responsibilitiesCall eligible members using the leads provided. Clearly explain the offer, answer questions, and handle objections professionally. Guide interested members through the purchase process in the app. Log each call outcome accurately, including interest, purchase, rejection, or no answer. Record the reason when a member declines the upgrade.

Provide a brief weekly summary of calls, conversions, and rejection reasons. Follow the data-confidentiality

requirements; customer data must remain within company premises and systems. RequirementsPrevious experience in telesales, a call center, or customer service; health insurance experience is an advantage. Fluent in Arabic with a good command of English. Professional phone manner, patience, and confidence handling objections. Basic computer skills, including Excel or similar tools, to record call outcomes accurately. #J-18808-Ljbffr.
