Supply Chain Specialist

We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our team and support demand planning, inventory management, cold chain operations, and supply chain coordination for fresh food products.

Responsibilities Forecast demand and plan inventory levels based on sales trends. Manage perishable inventory using FIFO principles and minimize spoilage. Coordinate inbound and outbound fresh food logistics while ensuring cold chain compliance. Monitor quality control checks and food safety standards. Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Sales teams to ensure product availability. Investigate and resolve supply chain issues and inventory discrepancies.

Track KPIs, maintain inventory accuracy, and support process improvements through WMS/ERP systems.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 0–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or fresh food operations. Strong knowledge of FIFO, inventory control, and cold chain management. Understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP/WMS systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
