What You Will Do As a specialist case worker, you will support residents as they work towards their treatment and rehabilitation goals. You will help maintain a safe, secure and supportive environment at Rivergum Residential Treatment Centre.

You Will supervise and motivate residents, model positive behaviour and support daily routines maintain a safe and secure facility through searches, security checks and incident reports plan and run meaningful activities that build life skills and support rehabilitation work with case managers and clinicians to support treatment goals and positive change monitor residents, follow their progress and report concerns or breaches of rules.

About You You have a relevant qualification and/or relevant experience. You must also hold a current Victorian driver licence.

You Should Also Have the ability to create a safe, supportive setting and model positive behaviour the ability to understand and apply Victorian laws, policies and procedures the skills to respond to residents' complex needs with flexible, tailored support strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills, with the resilience to manage challenging situations.
