About the Role What if you could design the engine behind truly personalised, real-time customer experiences for a next-generation airline? Embedded within the Enterprise Architecture and Technology Strategy function, yours is a role that will see you lead the architecture, design, and implementation of technology solutions that supports core corporate functions, including HR, Finance, Procurement, and Operations.

This is a unique opportunity will take full ownership of our Adobe Experience Cloud architecture, designing scalable, data-driven marketing technology solutions that power seamless, personalised customer journeys at every touchpoint. Importantly, you'll own the end-to-end design of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and future-ready.

As a strategic experience leader, you will develop architectural blueprints, reference models, and integration patterns to drive consistency, governance and set clear architecture principles and guardrails to guide decision-making and reduce risk. About You Degree qualified, you will demonstrate at least 10 years experience in IT with 5 years in Solution or Enterprise role. You will have proven experience designing solutions across the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem (AEM, AEP, RTCDP, AJO, Analytics, Target) with strong knowledge of integration patterns (APIs, GraphQL, event-driven architecture, Kafka/Kinesis).

Critically, you'll have hands on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern architecture practices including full Adobe stack. We'd love to hear from you even more if you have solid understanding of data modelling, CDPs, and the Experience Data Model (XDM). Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and containerisation(Docker/Kubernetes).

In addition, you will have excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills, with proven experience operating in agile and transformation-driven environments and having understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, PDPL, DPDP) and consent management.
