Responsibilities:Supervise the sales team, assign

responsibilities, and monitor daily performance. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and drive revenue growth. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and develop improvement plans. Train and coach sales representatives to improve selling, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Evaluate individual performance and provide guidance and support to achieve sales objectives. Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally. Monitor promotional campaigns and ensure compliance with approved pricing and discount policies. Track daily sales and product performance to identify opportunities for increasing revenue. Prepare regular sales reports and present results to management. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure product availability and follow up on customer orders.

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and customer service procedures.

Qualifications and

Requirements:Previous experience in sales and sales team supervision, preferably in furniture retail. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams and achieve targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to analyze sales data and monitor KPIs. Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
