Summary Provide administrative and operational support to the Reinsurance team in managing treaty and facultative reinsurance activities, documentation, reconciliations, claims follow-up, and reporting.

Key

Responsibilities Maintain reinsurance records, registers, and databases. Prepare and manage treaty/facultative documents, contracts, and endorsements. Follow up on reinsurance claims, recoveries, and balances. Reconcile reinsurance accounts and support quarterly closings. Coordinate with brokers, reinsurers, Finance, and Claims teams. Monitor treaty renewals and expiry dates. Prepare reports, statistics, and presentations. Ensure proper filing, documentation, and regulatory compliance support.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 1+ year experience in insurance, reinsurance, or finance operations preferred. Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and reporting tools. Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr.
