Job description

Responsibilities Visit physicians to promote Pfizer products and provide approved medical information, dosage instructions, and side effect guidance. Distribute product samples and marketing literature to healthcare professionals. Report visits, activities, and customer interactions using PforceRx. Build and maintain relationships with target customers to enhance territory knowledge, secure product endorsement, and generate sales. Capture accurate, timely, and relevant customer knowledge and share it with colleagues via electronic customer management systems. Segment and target high‑potential customers and provide feedback to sales management on customer requests, promotion responses, product access, and competitive activities. Diagnose territory conditions, design, and execute territory business plans to achieve business objectives; prepare POA for territory and products. Present reports to HR manager and adapt to market needs; plan and organize regular value‑added programs, including AV & PHM activities. Attend regular sales meetings and cycle meetings, and share customer/territory information with teammates to motivate and support the team. Update territory records, maintain administrative systems, and generate reports as requested. Proactively manage personal development through IDP, seek feedback, and implement self‑development plans. As agreed with line manager, undertake additional assignments, ensuring objectives are met and outputs are delivered. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy. Good command of English (speaking, writing, listening, pronunciation). Excellent knowledge of promoted products and relevant therapeutic areas. Knowledge of competitors and effective selling and presentation skills. Basic computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
