Our client is a well-established education and training organizationbased in Dammam, delivering professional development, capacity-building, andspecialized training solutions across the Kingdom. The organization operates inalignment with international standards while supporting national developmentpriorities under Vision 2030. The Role The Head of Training Sector will lead the design,implementation, and oversight of all professional development and trainingoperations across the organization. This role will establish a structuredtraining framework aligned with international best practices while ensuringcompliance with Saudi Ministry of Education regulations and relevantaccreditation standards. The position will oversee annual training strategies,budgets, performance indicators, and quality assurance processes. A key focuswill be enhancing instructional quality, embedding modern learningmethodologies, integrating digital learning platforms, and responsibly adoptingAI-enabled tools. The Head of Training Sector will also maintain accreditationdocumentation, oversee audit readiness, and build strategic partnerships withexternal training providers, universities, and international organizations. Candidate Profile Candidates must hold a Bachelors degree in Education ora related field (Masters degree preferred) with a minimum of 10 yearsprogressive leadership experience within the education or training sector.Experience operating in Saudi Arabia and managing multi-site or large-scaletraining functions is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate demonstrates strategic capability inlearning and development, strong leadership presence, and proven experiencedriving quality improvement initiatives. Professional L&D certifications(CIPD, ATD, SHRM, CPTM or equivalent) are advantageous. Familiarity withdigital learning platforms and Learning Management Systems is essential.Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
