Parsons is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Middle East team in Riyadh. What You’ll Be Doing Creative Strategy: Lead the visual direction for major project proposals, ensuring all deliverables align with both Parsons’ global brand and the specific cultural nuances of the Kingdom. Bid Management: Work alongside Project Managers and Engineers to translate technical data, maps, and blueprints into high-impact infographics and presentations.

Team Leadership: Mentor junior designers in the Riyadh office, providing art direction and ensuring quality control across all digital and print collateral. Stakeholder Engagement: Present design concepts to C-suite executives and government clients, defending creative choices with logic and brand strategy. Multi-Channel Execution: Design across a variety of mediums including large-scale environmental graphics, interactive digital reports, and high-end print brochures.

Brand Stewardship: Act as the ultimate gatekeeper for brand consistency across the Saudi Arabian business unit. What We’re Looking For Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) or consulting industry. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (A Master’s or Level 7 Diploma is a plus).

Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro is highly desirable. Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of Arabic typography and the visual aesthetics required for high‑profile Saudi projects.

Portfolio: A diverse portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking, complex data visualization, and large-scale project experience. Preferred

Qualifications Prior experience working on Vision 2030 giga‑projects.
