The Mission As a C604 First Officer, you will support the aircraft Commander in the safe and efficient execution of flights while serving as a key interface with our valued customers. Your professionalism and attention to detail will help uphold Draken’s standards and ensure consistently excellent service. What You'll Do Assist the Commander with flight planning, preflight preparation, and execution in line with company SOPs and UK CAA regulations. Operate the Challenger 604 to the highest safety standards, applying effective CRM and threat-and-error management. Engage confidently with customers and stakeholders, acting as a professional ambassador for Draken. Contribute to on-time performance and efficient turnarounds while maintaining full compliance and safety margins. Complete all required documentation, logs, and technical reports accurately and promptly. Participate in recurrent training and support continuous improvement initiatives. What You Bring High level of personal integrity, adaptability, and strong customer focus. Calm, decisive judgement and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Robust understanding of civil flight operations; military or government aviation experience is highly desirable. Clear communicator and collaborative team player with a proactive safety mindset. Minimum Qualifications Licence: UK CAA CPL with IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT Medical: Class 1 ICAO English: Level 4 or higher Security: Eligible to obtain and maintain UK security clearance Type Rating: Not required — full training provided Applicants must hold, or be eligible to hold, the stated UK CAA licences and medical at the time of application. Preferred Background Experience within civil flight operations and collaboration with operations/dispatch teams. Previous military or government aviation exposure is advantageous.
