Commercial Excellence Specialist

Job Purpose: Coordinating and assisting in commercial transformation and supplier engagement toward to have better governance and control over all Commercial Functions activities: P&P, RACI, Business Posses and cross functional SLAs. Main Accountabilities: Develop and implement commercial excellence initiatives to ensure improved business performance, operational efficiency, and supplier collaboration.

Coordinate commercial transformation projects to ensure alignment with company objectives and consistent execution across business units. Analyze sales, supplier performance, and commercial data to identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decision-making. Facilitate supplier engagement programs and performance reviews to ensure enhanced collaboration, compliance, and mutual business growth.

Monitor and track execution of commercial improvement plans to ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and process standardization. Collaborate with category management, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure integrated commercial planning and alignment with S&OP cycles. Support the design and deployment of commercial tools, scorecards, and dashboards to ensure visibility and transparency in supplier and category performance.

Develop and maintain documentation and process standards to ensure sustainability and scalability of commercial excellence initiatives. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and accountability to ensure consistent delivery of strategic and financial outcomes. #J-18808-Ljbffr.
