Trainee Technologist - Hematology - Clinical LaboratoriesExperienceFresh Graduates or having 05 months of experience or within Hematology DepartmentEducationB.Sc./M.Sc. / MLT / BS / MS in Biological SciencesLast Date10-Jun-2026Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities:Assist in basic hematology procedures, including sample handling and support in analysis of blood and body fluids under supervision.Assist in operating and calibrating hematology instruments and support routine maintenance activities as guided by senior staff.Support daily quality control activities, observe LJ plots/EQA processes, and elevate abnormal findings to seniors.Assist in report preparation, sample storage, and documentation; support test repetition/rejection processes as per SOPs under supervision.Assist in inventory tracking and stock maintenance, follow SOPs and safety guidelines, and actively participate in training and rotational shifts.Job Requirement:Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. / MLT / BS / MS in Biological SciencesExperience: Fresh Graduates or having 05 months of experience or within Hematology Department.Willing to work in rotations.
