About the Company Hiring for Pakistan's leading omnichannel eCommerce Operating System. Job Summary You will own the full commercial cycle across Punjab - prospecting, pitching, closing, and renewing. You sell by understanding the customer's reality, not by overpromising. You will be meeting Founders, E-commerce & Operations Heads, and Supply Chain Leads. They ask hard questions. You need to earn the room. What You'll Do Build and manage a qualified pipeline across Punjab, based out of Lahore. Prospect across the D2C E-Commerce industry based on ICPs. Run discovery conversations that uncover real operational pain. Build proposals and negotiate commercial terms confidently. Proactively track renewals, renegotiations, and expansion opportunities. Maintain clean CRM records. Always. No exceptions. Travel within Punjab as required. What You Need 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management. Working knowledge of e-commerce or supply chain operations; you don't need to be technical, but you need to understand the business problems. Strong written and verbal communication. Relentless follow-up discipline. Deals die in silence. Experience in or exposure to Fashion, Footwear, or Cosmetics is a strong advantage. You believe honest selling is better selling. Full stop. Must-Have Traits / Skills Communication clarity, written and verbal, in Urdu and English. Highly sociable. Follow-up discipline and self-organization. Discovery instinct — curiosity over charisma.
