Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Islamabad for a Student Counsellor. The Student Counsellor will provide guidance to students regarding educational opportunities, assist with career counseling, and facilitate admissions processes. Key responsibilities include understanding student needs, offering professional advice and assistance, communicating with partner institutions, and providing outstanding customer service to address student and parent inquiries. Maintaining accurate records and staying updated on educational trends will also be part of the role. Qualifications Proven expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students in achieving their educational and career objectives. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and institutions. Knowledge of Education systems and processes, specifically admissions and international higher education standards. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to manage diverse student profiles and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with educational opportunities in Malaysia will be considered an asset.
