An Ideal Candidate Ideal candidate will handle customer forecast/PO model to create job order creation internally, order monitor, order execution and responsible for timely invoicing, delivery as per delivery schedules provided by customer. Reconcile with customer orders, service and invoices for trouble-free commercials and follow up on payments. Manage logistics; work with the Operations/SCM teams to assist schedule/quality/ inventory control and transportation to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Competencies Solve Invoicing problems if any timely and coordinate internally and externally to ensure prompt collection of account receivables. No overdue at any point in time. Update SS and SE reports regularly and place DV orders, to confirm the delivery date with production team. Prepare daily reports to cover Program sheet, Production, WIP, Inventory management and analysis, timely reporting and processing. Manage customer complaints/voices (commercial issues/quality issues) and share experience and comments internally and provide best solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Good customer relationship management & communicating with customers promptly to maintain good cooperative relationships. #J-18808-Ljbffr
