An Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead our Office Furniture showroom. This role combines retail store management, sales leadership, and proactive outbound market engagement to drive business growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Key Competencies: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field 3+ years of experience in retail/store as Manager, preferably in furniture, interiors, or related industries Strong sales and negotiation skills Experience in B2B or institutional sales is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage both in-store operations and field sales activities.
