Staff TPM (Commerce Team), Hyderabad You will be part of the Commerce group in WBD’s Global Tech division. The team manages monetization of our streaming services, handling products, pricing, promotions, subscriptions, global payment methods, taxes, fraud, financial reporting, and backend APIs. Roles & Responsibilities Organize and drive requirements and features that deliver reliable payment and recurring billing experiences Triage multiple initiatives to prioritize the right problems at the right time Lead by influence, establishing vision and executing on it Communicate business impact and technical constraints clearly to stakeholders Create and drive team direction and strategy across engineering and project management phases Document and maintain technical and business requirements for the program Guide development teams to deliver platform capabilities aligned with roadmap and KPIs Work with teams to identify implementation details and preempt roadblocks Align product-level goals with divisional objectives and communicate impact Surface technical dependencies on external teams and partners Develop problem statements and data‑driven solutions, driving cross‑functional alignment Understand Commerce data flow into business intelligence and financial systems What To Bring 9–13 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager across multiple technical projects Global payments, e-commerce, or in‑app purchase experience with payment processors, APMs, credit/debit card payments, VAT/taxes, fraud, billing, churn Monetization experience (one‑time e‑commerce, PPV, add‑ons, bundles, subscriptions) Data migration and financial reporting experience Ability to handle frequently changing and ambiguous goals Define project scope, develop plans, and gather engineering, operational, and business requirements Strong negotiation and problem‑resolution skills in cross‑functional teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills, translating technical solutions into business concepts Identify and communicate program risks and issues Document and communicate program status, milestones, and next steps Business acumen balancing strategic initiatives and engineering needs Experience with development methodologies (waterfall and agile) Learning new development tools and productivity tools continuously Financial reconciliation and analytics experience, tracking data from production systems to BI and financial systems Ownership mentality, delivering results in a fast‑paced environment What We Offer A Great Place to work Equal opportunity employer Fast track growth opportunities Championing Inclusion at WBD: We strive to build a workforce reflecting diverse backgrounds and experiences.
