Senior Salesforce Developer

We are currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Customer Data Platform/Data 360) Senior Developer for a short-term 3-month Time & Material engagement with Service Federal Credit Union (SFCU).

The resource will work closely with the client team to support implementation, configuration, integration, and knowledge transfer activities related to Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360. A key expectation is enabling and mentoring the client’s internal resource to independently manage the platform post-engagement. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and configure Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) solutions.

Implement customer identity resolution, segmentation, and unified customer profiles. Configure data ingestion pipelines and integrations from multiple enterprise systems. Work with Salesforce ecosystem components including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external APIs. Support data mapping, transformation, harmonization, and governance activities. Build calculated insights, segments, activation targets, and reporting datasets.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define use cases and implementation approach. Conduct KT sessions and provide hands‑on mentoring to SFCU internal resources. Support deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and production stabilization activities. Required Skills & Experience5+ years of Salesforce development experience. Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 / CDP implementations.

Experience with:Identity ResolutionData StreamsCalculated InsightsSegmentationActivation TargetsData ModelingGood understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and integrations. Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems/APIs. Strong SQL and data transformation skills. Ability to work independently in a client‑facing environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred SkillsExperience in Banking / Financial Services domain.

Exposure to MuleSoft integrations. Salesforce certifications related to Data Cloud / CDP preferred. Experience in knowledge transfer and enablement engagements.
