Position Title: Senior Bookkeeping Specialist Experience: 3–5 Years Location: DHA Phase 2, Gate 1, Main GT Road, Islamabad Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite Timings: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM PKT About The Role VASL is looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeping Specialist to manage bookkeeping operations for US-based clients. The ideal candidate must have strong hands‑on experience in accounting software, reconciliations, financial reporting, and client communication. Key Responsibilities Manage daily bookkeeping tasks for multiple US-based clients Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Maintain accurate general ledger records Handle AP and AR management Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting schedules Review junior team members’ work before submission Assist in month-end and year-end closing Coordinate with clients regarding missing information and financial queries Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field ACCA / CA Inter / CPA partly qualified preferred 3–5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and US bookkeeping practices Excellent communication skills Ability to manage deadlines and multiple client accounts Software Requirements QuickBooks Online Xero NetSuite (preferred) Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets #J-18808-Ljbffr
