Sales Support Executive

JOB TITLE: Sales Support ExecutiveJOB LOCATION: SialkotWHAT WILL YOU DO:The position holder will be responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating the movement of shipments based on customer

requirements. The incumbent must work closely with a Field Sales team and operations team. He / She must have sound knowledge and understanding of the customer’s freight & shipping

requirements. Must be capable of selling the full range of DP World Logistics services and products to customers. Provide professional representation of DP World Logistics in satisfying customer needs and expectations. Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with customers by ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction continuously. Timely customer complaint reparation and inquiry response. Management and retention of defined customer portfolio.

Negotiate with customers on contractual terms of service provision that is aligned to corporate sales policy and procedures. Work closely with the sales team, operations team, finance team and management.

Action and respond to sales leads/sales messages/routing orders/letter of no objections in a timely fashionWHAT YOU BRING (Skills, Qualification & Experience)Solid & demonstrated working knowledge of the Freight Forwarding IndustryStrong negotiable skillsSound knowledge of the Pakistani market.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet various deadlinesSound computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. The ability to communicate with customers, carriers, networking offices. He / She can speak and write fluent English - additional languages are a bonus. Freight Forwarding experience is mandatory.
