About Nitro Fox DigitalNitro Fox Digital is a creative studio based at the World Trade Center, GigaMall, DHA Phase 2, Islamabad. Building web, brand, marketing, and Web3 work for ambitious teams across 14+ countries. We're growing fast, and we're looking for a Sales Executive who can own the full sales motion from finding leads to closing deals to keeping clients happy and help drive our own brand presence on social media.About the RoleThis is a mixed sales role with a content edge. You'll hunt new business through outbound outreach, qualify and convert inbound leads from our website and social channels, grow accounts after they sign, and create promotional, sales-focused content for Nitro Fox Digital’s social media to fuel the pipeline. You should be confident in client meetings, comfortable speaking on calls, and open to creating or appearing in social media videos to promote the company’s services and strengthen brand visibility.You’ll work directly with the founders, the creative team, and the marketing team. The market is both Pakistan and global (US, UK, EU, GCC, and beyond).What You’ll DoBuild and run outbound prospecting campaigns (LinkedIn, email, cold outreach) targeting founders, marketing leads, and decision-makers.Qualify inbound leads from the website, social media, and referrals; run discovery calls and turn fit-leads into proposals.Own the full sales cycle first touch to signed contract across web design, branding, digital marketing, and Web3 services.Create promotional and sales-focused content for Nitro Fox Digital’s social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) offers, case study teasers, service spotlights, lead magnets.Work with the design team to brief and approve visuals for sales-led campaigns.Manage and grow existing client accounts; spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Build proposals, scopes, and pitch decks in collaboration with the creative and strategy teams.Maintain a clean CRM pipeline with accurate forecasting.Conduct market research to identify new industries, client segments, competitors, and sales opportunities.Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets.Represent the studio in client meetings, calls, and (occasionally) industry events.What You Need2+ years of sales, business development, client handling experience.Experience in B2B sales, preferably in a creative agency, digital marketing agency, IT company, software house, SaaS, or services business.Proven track record of closing deals both Pakistani and international clients.Strong written and spoken English (you'll be on calls with global clients regularly).Comfortable writing sharp, sales-driven copy for social media posts, captions, hooks, CTAs.Comfortable with outbound outreach: cold email, LinkedIn DMs, follow-up sequences.Working knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, or similar).Ability to understand and pitch creative and technical services web design, branding, SEO, paid ads, Web3 without needing a hand hold.Ability to understand client requirements and explain solutions clearly.Strong commercial judgment: you can understand a brief, assess client fit and budget potential, and prioritize the right opportunities.Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Self-starter mindset able to work independently, take ownership, and stay accountable without constant supervision.Bonus PointsExisting network of founders, marketing leads, or agency contacts.Experience running LinkedIn or Instagram content that generated leads.Experience selling digital, creative, branding, software, or Web3 services.Familiarity with proposal tools (PandaDoc, Better Proposals) and sales engagement platforms (Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly).Background or strong interest in design, branding, marketing, technology, startups, or Web3.What We OfferCompetitive base salary plus performance-based commission.Direct exposure to global clients and high-end creative work.A visible role where your performance, ideas, and wins matter.Room to grow into a senior sales or business development lead role as the studio scales.On-site, full-time at our studio in the World Trade Center, GigaMall, DHA Phase 2, Islamabad.How to ApplyApply through LinkedIn with your CV, a short note on the best deal you've closed and how you did it, and one example of a sales/promotional post you've written (any format).
