About Your Role: We are looking for an experienced Generative AI Engineer to design, build and deploy AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).

The role focuses on integrating GenAI into real-world applications such as chatbots, copilots, document intelligence, workflow automation and developer productivity tools.

The ideal candidate will lead technical research initiatives, should have strong hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, APIs and cloud-based AI services and can take ideas from proof-of-concept to production Your Impactful Goals Will Include: Conduct research on emerging Generative AI and cutting-edge technologies. Highly self-motivated and passionate about solving complex, high-impact technical problems. Design, develop and deploy GenAI applications using LLMs.

Develop prompt strategies, chains and agents for reliable outputs. Integrate AI features into existing applications (web, backend, APIs). Optimize AI responses for accuracy, cost, latency and safety. Implement AI observability, logging and evaluation metrics. Ensure data privacy, security and compliance. ). Hands-on experience with Web APIs. ) Strong prompt engineering and prompt optimization. Stay current with advancements in AI, NLP, and foundation models.

Experience with RAG architecture. Fine-tune or adapt models where required. Architect scalable AI systems (cloud, hybrid or on-prem). Knowledge of MCP, token limits, embeddings and similarity search.
