Pre-opening opportunity as Executive Chef for a high-end Mediterranean concept, strongly influenced by Spanish cuisine to be opening in Karachi Pakistan.This a 6-month contract responsible for developing the culinary identity of the restaurant, building the kitchen brigade, and delivering a world-class dining experience from concept through to successful opening.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all culinary aspects of the pre-opening phaseDesign and develop innovative Mediterranean menus with strong Spanish influencesCreate signature dishes that balance authenticity, creativity and commercial successEstablish kitchen operating procedures, recipes, standards and systemsRecruit, train and mentor the opening culinary teamManage supplier sourcing, product selection and procurement processesOversee kitchen design input, equipment selection and operational readinessDrive food quality, consistency and guest satisfaction standardsEnsure compliance with food safety, hygiene and HACCP requirementsSupport the ownership team in delivering a successful and impactful restaurant launchCandidate ProfileProven Executive Chef or Executive Sous experience within similar environmentsMediterranean cuisine specialist with significant expertise in Spanish gastronomyStrong pre-opening experience highly advantageousEssential experience working within the Middle East hospitality marketDemonstrated ability to create and execute high-end culinary conceptsSalary Package: Negotiable tax-free $USD basic + full single expat (Flights, visa, medical, transport & housing) #J-18808-Ljbffr
