Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced and certified MB-800 Functional Consultant Trainer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and a proven track record of delivering high-quality training and consultancy services. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Key

Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive training sessions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, focusing on functional aspects. Develop and deliver customized training programs tailored to client needs. Provide expert consultancy services to clients, helping them implement and optimize Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. Mentor and guide junior consultants and trainers, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

Stay updated with the latest developments and updates in Dynamics 365 Business Central and incorporate them into training materials. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote training programs and consultancy services. Assist in the development of training materials, manuals, and documentation. Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.

Develop course materials and curricula for training programs. Design and administer examinations and assessments to evaluate trainee performance. Required Skills and

Qualifications MB-800 certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Minimum of 10 years of experience as a functional consultant and trainer in Dynamics 365 Business Central. Proven experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. Strong understanding of business processes and how they can be optimized using Dynamics 365 Business Central. Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs. Experience in mentoring and guiding junior consultants and trainers. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to travel as required. Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional

qualifications such as CPA, CFA, ACCA, or CIMA. Specific software knowledge required: Familiarity with ISV solutions and their integration with Dynamics 365 Business Central. Experience with popular ISV products such as Jet Reports, Continia Document Capture, and Tasklet Factory. Understanding of ISV compliance and compatibility standards. Experience in course development, examination, and assessment. Preferred Skills Experience with other Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
