Job description:To design, implement, and monitor training initiatives for families with earning potential but limited opportunities. The Manager will ensure effective utilization of allocated funds to empower families through skill development, financial literacy, and sustainable livelihood opportunities.Role and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement training modules tailored to family needsConduct thorough family assessments to identify earning potential and training requirementsCoordinate with trainers, institutions, and other related partnersManage and monitor fund allocation with transparency and compliancePrepare periodic financial and impact reportsEstablish KPIs and conduct monitoring & evaluation of training outcomesFollow up with families to assess long-term sustainabilityBuild partnerships with NGOs, vocational centers, and microfinance institutionsSupervise program staff and volunteersEnsure timely execution of training schedules and documentationRequirementsMaster's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Education, or Development Studies3–5 years of experience in program management, training, or community developmentProven track record in managing funded projects or livelihood programsStrong financial management and reporting skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesKnowledge of vocational training, microfinance, or social entrepreneurshipAbility to design monitoring frameworks and impact assessment toolsIntegrity, transparency, and commitment to social impactProblem-solving mindset with empathy for marginalized communities #J-18808-Ljbffr
