Role DescriptionHandle inbound and outbound calls for North American transportation companiesManage bookings, modifications and driver coordination using dispatch software (LimoAnywhere, iCabbi, Moovs and others – full training provided)Coordinate directly with drivers and clients in real timeCover assigned shifts including evenings and nights (North American time zones)Maintain accurate records of all dispatched trips and communicationsQualificationsFluent English — spoken and written, no exceptionsStrong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressureComfortable working night shifts on a fixed scheduleReliable and punctual — our clients depend on us 24/7Previous dispatch, reservations, logistics or operations experience is a plus — not a requirement.
