Librarian

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry‑Level Librarian in Khanpur. In this role you will be responsible for assisting with the organization and management of our library as well as providing excellent customer service to our patrons.

Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize and maintain library materials using the Dewey Decimal SystemAssist patrons in locating books and other resourcesCheck books in and out using library softwareProcess new materials for circulationAnswer reference questions and provide research assistance to patronsPlan and implement library programs and events such as book clubs or storytimesCollaborate with other staff members to develop engaging displays and promote library servicesRequirementsBachelors degree in Library Science or a related field preferredExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenStrong customer service skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamFamiliarity with library software systems is a plusSalary: This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of $1700 per month.
