The company manufactures products such as sweaters and accessories, supported by advanced Shima Seiki knitting technology and a production capacity of 100,000 units. The company offers a full-service model from design to bulk production, with a strong emphasis on communication, detail, and on‑time delivery. Role Description The Knitting Quality Control Inspector is a full-time, on‑site role based in the Lahore District. This role is responsible for inspecting knitted panels produced on flat bed jacquard knitting machines to ensure they meet quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements. Day‑to‑day tasks include conducting visual and dimensional inspections, color and yarn variation, and documenting inspection results accurately on the specified rowing sheet. The Quality Control Inspector will stop the knitting machines upon identification of a fault, place the quality stop board, record the rowing inspection sheet, take acknowledgment of the machine operator in writing, and once corrective action is taken inspect the rectified piece, record on the rowing sheet, remove the quality stop card, and proceed. Ideally the role requires an assertive personality who can control quality on the needle point, collaborate with production operators to rectify, inspect the rectified panel, and escalate if the problem persists to senior quality and production personnel for resolution, thereby helping to prevent recurring issues. The role also involves maintaining inspection records, supporting internal audits, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and safety on the production floor. Qualifications 1 ~ 2 years experience as a quality inspector, preferably in knitwear and sweater manufacturing. Secondary school education or vocational/technical training in textiles, quality, or a related field; further relevant certifications are a plus. Strong skills in Quality Control, Inspection, and Quality Assurance to evaluate products in the manufacturing process. Experience or knowledge in Quality Management practices to support standard operating procedures, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Effective communication skills to coordinate with production teams, report findings clearly, and promptly escalate quality issues. Familiarity with measurement tools, inspection checklists, and basic reporting. Attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
