Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Gujranwala District with Swiss IT Solutions CH GmbH. The Job Title will be responsible for supporting day-to-day IT operations, collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality services, and assisting in the implementation and maintenance of client solutions. Typical tasks may include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, documenting processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their technical needs, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and supporting projects that enhance service quality and reliability. Qualifications Relevant technical skills in IT support, such as basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networks, and a strong willingness to learn new tools and technologies. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and interact professionally with clients and colleagues. Good organizational and time management abilities, including task prioritization, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through on responsibilities. Problem-solving mindset, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues. Completed vocational training, diploma, or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to work on-site in the Gujranwala District on a full-time basis; familiarity with IT service environments or managed services is an advantage.
