The company specializes in the production of coconut oil, palm oil, sesame oil, and groundnut oil, and has a modern manufacturing facility equipped with advanced machinery and technology to ensure high-quality oil production.An Ideal Candidate:An Ideal candidate should have CA with 15-20 years in Treasury, Taxation, direct, indirect, hedging, IND/IFRS Knowledge.Key Competencies:Provide overall leadership for the finance function, establishing clear financial procedures and ensuring consistent adherence to internal financial policies and relevant regulations.Oversee preparation of accurate financial statements and management reports, ensuring they are produced on time and reflect a true and fair view of the organization’s financial position.Develop, implement, and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts, working with senior management to align financial planning with strategic and operational objectives.Establish and maintain effective internal control frameworks, monitoring cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk to protect the organization’s assets and financial integrity.Lead, supervise, and develop finance team members, setting performance expectations, providing guidance, and promoting efficient and compliant financial operations.Oversee Financial Controls and Governance process to optimise operational efficiency and profitability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
