Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Head of Digital Marketing role based in Lahore. The Head of Digital Marketing will lead the development and execution of the company’s digital marketing strategy across all online channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. Responsibilities include planning and managing digital campaigns, overseeing social media presence, optimizing the company’s digital footprint, and coordinating website content and performance. The role involves leading digital lead generation initiatives, managing paid media budgets, tracking and analyzing performance with web analytics tools, and reporting on key metrics to senior leadership. The Head of Digital Marketing will collaborate closely with sales, brand, and merchandising teams to align digital initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure consistent brand messaging. Qualifications Strong foundation in Marketing, with proven experience in developing integrated marketing plans and managing brand presence across digital channels. Expertise in Digital Strategy and Lead Generation, including campaign planning, funnel optimization, and performance‑based marketing. Hands‑on experience in Social Media Marketing, managing multi‑platform campaigns, community engagement, and content planning. Proficiency in Web Analytics and related tools (e.g., Google Analytics, campaign dashboards) to monitor, interpret, and optimize campaign performance. Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross‑functional digital teams or agency partners, with strong project management skills. Ability to translate business goals into measurable digital initiatives, with a data‑driven and ROI‑focused mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present strategies and performance results to stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., in digital marketing or analytics) are an advantage.
