The learning environment emphasizes hands‑on experience, mentorship, and real‑world applications. Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Graphic Design Instructor role based in Faisalabad. The Graphic Design Instructor will plan and deliver engaging lessons in graphics, visual communication, and web design for beginner to advanced learners. Responsibilities include developing curricula and course materials, demonstrating design techniques and tools, and guiding learners through practical projects and assignments. The instructor will review and critique student work, provide constructive feedback, and support learners in building professional portfolios. Additional tasks include staying updated on industry trends, collaborating with other instructors, and contributing to workshops or special training sessions as needed. Qualifications Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and demonstrate professional workflows. Proficiency in Visual Communication and Typography, with a solid understanding of layout, color theory, and branding principles. Working knowledge of Web Design, including designing user-friendly interfaces and responsive layouts. Experience using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar software). Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience in design or related fields is highly desirable. Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills. Ability to design structured lesson plans, assessments, and project-based learning activities. Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
