Responsibilities Ability to creating and maintain detailed tech pack including construction details, measurements, and design intent. Evaluating fitting, record fit comments, and measurement updates. Work closely with design, product development, and production teams to align on technical

requirements. Communicate clearly with overseas vendors and factories on construction and quality standards. Maintain organized records of fitting approvals and open issues. Support the team during system and process improvement. Preferred Bachelor's degree on equivalent in apparel technical design / fashion design or related. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / Corel Draw and 2D / 3D pattern software.

Basic understanding of garment construction, pattern making principle, and fit. Qualification 3-5 years’ experience in apparel technical design / garment technology. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Eager to learn new systems, tools, and processes.
