Role DescriptionThe Fcps Fertility Expert will work full time on-site at Life Plus IVF and Fertility Centre in Lahore, providing evidence-based fertility and reproductive healthcare services to patients.

Responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, performing fertility assessments and necessary diagnostic procedures, developing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring treatment progress. The role involves collaborating closely with other clinicians and support staff, maintaining accurate medical records, and upholding clinical protocols and regulatory standards.

The Fcps Fertility Expert will also contribute to patient education, counseling, and quality improvement initiatives within the fertility center. QualificationsFCPS (Fellowship of the College of Physicians and Surgeons) in Gynecology/Obstetrics or Reproductive Medicine, or an equivalent recognized specialization in fertility care. Demonstrated clinical experience in infertility management, assisted reproductive technologies (ART), and reproductive endocrinology.

Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills, with the ability to interpret relevant investigations and formulate personalized fertility care pathways. Excellent patient communication and counseling abilities, with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to diverse individuals and families. Proficiency in maintaining detailed medical documentation and adhering to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory

requirements. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including nursing, lab, and administrative staff, and contribute to service quality and process improvement. Commitment to continuous professional development, staying current with advances in fertility medicine, and participating in training or educational activities as needed.
