Enrollment Specialist (EDI, ERA, EFT)

Job description

Location Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi (Preference for residents of Bahria, DHA, or nearby areas) Company Description Sequel Technologies, a software company providing healthcare IT and medical billing services to the US market. Responsibilities Handle EDI, ERA, EFT and Eligibility enrollments with insurance payers and clearinghouses. Follow up on pending enrollments and resolve rejections/issues. Maintain accurate enrollment records and documentation. Coordinate with billing teams, providers, and payers regarding enrollment status, rejections, and missing enrollments. Troubleshoot claim submission and remittance setup issues Qualifications / Skills Experience with EDI/ERA/EFT enrollments in medical billing. Knowledge of clearinghouses and insurance payer portals. Strong communication and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple enrollments and meet deadlines. Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare billing workflows is a plus.
