Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Email Marketing Specialist with 1+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns across various platforms. You will handle the full cycle of email marketing – from content creation and design to segmentation, automation, and performance analysis – to drive engagement, conversions, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and engage existing customers. Design, write, and optimize email content for different audience segments, ensuring brand consistency and compelling messaging. Manage email lists, segment audiences, and maintain healthy deliverability rates. A/B test subject lines, content, and send times to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions. Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights. Collaborate with the design and content team to create visually appealing email templates. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.). Requirements 1+ years of proven experience in email marketing, preferably in eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B sectors. Strong copywriting and content creation skills. Understanding of email analytics, segmentation, and automation. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
