About the Job The Deputy Manager – Change Management plays a critical role in enabling organizational transformation and digital initiatives by driving stakeholder alignment, structured communication, and adoption of change. The role focuses on onboarding stakeholders, building change capability across the organization, and ensuring seamless execution of change strategies in collaboration with HR, Corporate Communications, and project team. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement change management strategies to support transformation initiatives Lead stakeholder engagement and onboarding to ensure readiness and alignment Establish and manage a network of Change Champions across the organization Design and execute internal communication plans (e.g., townhalls, leadership messaging, campaigns) Drive change communication to enhance awareness, understanding, and adoption Coordinate with cross-functional teams (SAP core team, HR, Communications) for seamless execution Conduct sentiment analysis and translate feedback into actionable change interventions Support Change Impact Analysis (CIA) to assess and prioritize organizational impact Track and implement change interventions across functions Contribute to benefits realization planning with relevant data and insights Monitor adoption metrics, engagement levels, and overall change effectiveness Identify resistance areas and implement mitigation strategies with stakeholders Ensure alignment of communication with corporate messaging and branding Prepare progress reports and insights for leadership review Required Skills & Experience 5–7 years of experience in HR, Change Management and related fields Proven experience in driving change initiatives, transformation projects, or organizational change programs Strong expertise in internal communication and stakeholder management Experience conducting town halls, communication campaigns, development and engagement sessions Ability to build and influence cross-functional relationships Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on change impact assessment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Certification in Change Management or related discipline will be an added advantage Employment Type Contractual role for a duration of two years #J-18808-Ljbffr
