The role ensures uninterrupted operations through timely maintenance execution and strong vendor coordination.---### Key Responsibilities* ### Ensure timely execution and quality control of all contractor services* ### Monitor contractor performance and address service quality issues immediately* ### Manage availability of spare parts and maintenance resources* Review, verify, and approve contractor work completion and service entry documentation* ### Conduct regular building inspections and identify maintenance requirements* Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulatory requirements (e.g., CDA standards)* ### Oversee implementation of fire safety and industrial safety procedures* ### Monitor energy consumption and prepare energy management reports* Maintain engineering documentation, service contracts, and inspection records* ### Support continuous improvement in facility efficiency and operational safety---### Qualifications & Experience* Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate qualification* Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in facility management, maintenance, or engineering operations* Strong knowledge of building systems, contractor management, and safety compliance---### Additional InformationApply and shortlist as per company recruitment process. #J-18808-Ljbffr
