Content Strategist & Affiliate Trainer

We are a TikTok Shop agency that scales DTC brands across the US and UK. We are looking for an experienced Content Strategist & Affiliate Trainer to join our team on-site in Gulberg, Lahore. This is a senior, hands-on role and is not suitable for inexperienced candidates. Responsibilities Identify and study top-performing content within our niche and from competitors Break down what makes short-form product creatives convert, including visual hooks, verbal hooks, and written hooks Develop deep expertise in hook structure, content body, and calls to action for product-based short-form content Train and guide our affiliates to produce native, high-converting TikTok Shop content Work closely with affiliates based in the US and UK through regular calls Requirements Proven experience in short-form content strategy, specifically native TikTok content Strong understanding of hooks and what drives engagement and sales in product-based creatives Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written (non-negotiable, as you will be on calls with US and UK affiliates multiple times per week) Ability to work on-site in Gulberg, Lahore #J-18808-Ljbffr
