Are you an experienced Construction Manager looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan.As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Your role will involve coordinating with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage construction projects from start to finishDevelop project timelines and budgetsCoordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, and other parties involved in the projectOversee day-to-day operations on construction sitesEnsure compliance with safety regulations and building codesMonitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion of projectsReview project plans and specifications to identify potential issues or areas for improvementCommunicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project statusPrepare reports and documentation as required by clients or managementRequirementsProven experience as a Construction Manager or similar roleStrong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standardsExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesEffective communication skills, both written and verbalAttention to detail with strong problem‑solving abilitiesPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldExperience working on commercial construction projects in Karachi or the surrounding areasKnowledge of local building codes and regulationsVisa sponsorship available for international candidatesCommitment to promoting diversity in the workplaceWe offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this contract position.We also value work‑life balance for our employees. #J-18808-Ljbffr
