Business Analyst

Job description

Key Responsibilities Gather and analyse business, functional, and non-functional requirements. Prepare clear, well-structured documentation, including BRS, SRS, user stories, interface specification documents, user guides, and UAT test cases. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to support effective solution delivery. Conduct internal UAT to validate that the solution meets business and quality requirements. Assist clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support issue resolution. Participate in meetings, walkthroughs, and requirement validation sessions. Communicate effectively with clients to understand and clarify their business needs. Conduct user training sessions and prepare training materials. Perform gap analysis between existing systems and client-specific requirements. Demonstrate system capabilities to potential clients. Review RFPs and prepare technical response. Maintain and manage the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders. Prepare wireframe and prototypes. Collaborate with designers and technical teams to deliver modern and user-friendly application interfaces. Required Skills 2–3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to produce clear, structured, and professional documentation. Self‑motivated, highly flexible, and adaptable to changing priorities. Willingness to learn and proactively embrace change to achieve project goals. Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and tools used across the project lifecycle (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Office). Knowledge of system integrations and related documentation, including FIX and SWIFT ISO 20022 standards. Familiarity with AI‑powered tools used for documentation, analysis, or productivity enhancement. Experience with capital market or financial applications is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
