Location: Top Remotely Software – NASTP Rawalpindi (Onsite) Shift: Night Shift (USA, UK Working Hours) Salary: 60K to 90K PKR + Commission Language Requirement: Must be fluent in English (American or Neutral accent) We are seeking a motivated and fluent English-speaking B2B Sales Representative to join our team for the USA and UK markets. This role involves selling non-technical business services, including appointment booking and outreach to USA and UK businesses. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, conducting discovery calls, and supporting the sales pipeline to help drive company growth. Key Responsibilities Identify and contact USA and UK businesses through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn. Qualify leads and conduct discovery calls to understand client needs. Schedule appointments and hand off warm prospects to senior closers or handle smaller deals independently. Work closely with the sales team to improve outreach strategy and messaging. Maintain accurate CRM data and prepare weekly performance updates. Nurture prospects consistently to build a healthy sales pipeline. Requirements 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (preferably service-based sectors). Fluent English with a clear accent (American or Neutral accent). Strong communication, confidence, and persuasion skills on calls. Familiarity with CRM tools and understanding of basic sales KPIs. Ability to work independently and maintain consistent performance.
