Job Overview We are looking for a results-driven B2B Cold Outreach Specialist to generate qualified leads by promoting our Virtual Assistant (VA) services to businesses in the USA and Canada.

The ideal candidate will confidently engage decision-makers, overcome gatekeepers, and schedule qualified Zoom meetings for our closing team.

Responsibilities Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses in the US & Canada Pitch Virtual Assistant services to business owners and decision-makers Reach key stakeholders and qualify prospects Schedule and confirm Zoom meetings for the sales team Maintain follow-ups and nurture leads Update and manage CRM records Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs Collaborate with the closing team for smooth lead handover

Requirements 2–3 years of B2B cold calling experience (US/Canada markets preferred) Bachelor's degree preferred Fresh graduates with exceptional English communication skills (O/A Level background preferred) are encouraged to apply Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills Excellent English communication with a neutral/American accent Experience with CRM tools is a plus Proven ability to meet sales targets Core Competencies Results-oriented and target-driven Strong relationship-building skills Resilient and confident in handling rejection Excellent time management and organization skills Compensation &
