The team combines technical expertise with a client-first mindset to align technology with real business outcomes. Role Description This is a full-time, on‑site Assistant role based in Lahore. The Assistant will support daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling phone and email inquiries, and organizing documents and records. The role includes assisting project teams with preparing presentations, reports, and basic data entry related to CRM and ERP projects. The Assistant will help coordinate internal and external meetings, support onboarding activities, and ensure smooth communication between team members and clients. The position requires a proactive, organized professional who can manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high standard of confidentiality and professionalism. Qualifications Strong organizational and administrative skills, including calendar management, document filing, and meeting coordination. Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and basic data entry. Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with team members, leadership, and clients. Basic familiarity with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite) is a plus, with willingness to learn and grow in these platforms. Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently under supervision, and manage time in a fast‑paced environment. Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset, and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality. Previous experience in an administrative, coordinator, or assistant role is preferred.
