Job description

Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a team of Partner Sales Specialists to achieve revenue and performance targets.Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline growth through strategic channel engagement.Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key partner stakeholders and decision-makers.Provide coaching and guidance on deal strategy, opportunity management, pipeline reviews, and forecasting.Establish and implement scalable channel sales processes and best practices to improve partner productivity and sales outcomes.Collaborate closely with Account Executives and internal stakeholders to align partner-led sales motions and ensure a seamless customer experience.Monitor pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and sales performance to support business objectives.Identify opportunities to improve partner engagement, revenue generation, and operational efficiency.Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Deliver an exceptional experience for partners and customers throughout the sales lifecycle. QualificationsProven experience leading, mentoring, or managing sales teams in a B2B sales environment.Strong background in Channel Sales, Partner Sales, Alliances, Indirect Sales, or Partner Management.Experience working within SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, Cloud, Telecommunications, or Technology industries.Demonstrated success in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and revenue generation.Experience working with channel partners, resellers, distributors, strategic alliances, or partner ecosystems.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across sales, operations, and cross-functional teams.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales performance and drive strategic decision-making.Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred . Preferred ExperienceExperience supporting channel sales programs for SaaS, UCaaS, or CCaaS solutions.Familiarity with structured sales methodologies and partner-led sales frameworks.Experience working with global or North American partner networks.Background in technology, cloud communications, contact center solutions, or enterprise software sale s.
