The Webflow/GHL Project Leader is a hands-on leadership role at the center of delivering polished, high-quality website builds and CRM configurations for PushPress clients, independentbusiness owners. In this role, you’ll lead a team of web developers working in Webflow and GoHighLevel, guiding priorities, setting quality standards, and ensuring work is delivered with consistency and confidence. You’ll bring structure to complex workflows, clarity to execution, and momentum to the team’s day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong teams, refining processes, and seeing high-quality work go live—while playing a visible role in a client’s success journey. What You’ll DoDelivery Leadership & ExcellenceLead the successful delivery of website builds and CRM configurations from start to finishTranslate client needs and strategy into clear, actionable plans for the teamMaintain strong visibility across workstreams to ensure work moves smoothly and predictablyStay current on Webflow, GoHighLevel, and related platforms, guiding the team on how to apply new capabilities effectively Client Experience & CollaborationCoordinate Slack-based support and delivery workflows to ensure timely, thoughtful responsesPartner closely with cross-functional teams to support a seamless onboarding and delivery experienceRepresent the team with confidence and professionalism in client-facing interactionsHelp ensure work consistently meets high quality and usability standards Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and support a team of Implementation Specialists (junior to mid-level)Assign work based on strengths, capacity, and development goalsUse dashboards, KPIs, and task boards to guide performance and workload planningConduct regular coaching conversations and performance check-insCreate an environment where ownership, growth, and pride in work are the norm Process & Continuous Improvement Maintain and evolve SOPs, workflows, and documentationIdentify opportunities to streamline delivery and improve consistencyIntroduce best practices that enhance efficiency, quality, and scalabilityEnsure new processes are clearly communicated and adopted across the team Training & Knowledge Sharing Support onboarding and skill development across Webflow, GoHighLevel, BugHerd, and related toolsEncourage continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the teamHelp build a strong foundation of technical and process excellence Culture & Professionalism Communicate clearly, calmly, and constructivelyModel strong leadership, accountability, and integrityFoster a collaborative, supportive, and customer-focused team culture Minimum Requirements & Qualifications3+ years of experience leading digital production or technical teamsHands-on experience with WebflowExperience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyWorking knowledge of CRM or automation platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot)Strong technical aptitude and interest in modern tools and systemsHigh attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workExperience using dashboards and documentation tools (e.g., Notion, Linear)Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skillsStrong organizational and prioritization abilitiesComfortable with structured workflows and client-facing communicationAmenable to a hybrid, in-office work setup Why This Role Is Rewarding You’ll have real ownership over delivery quality and team performanceYou’ll help define how excellence looks—and see the results go liveYou’ll grow and mentor a technical team while shaping how they workYou’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional partnersYou’ll build systems, not just follow them About EnshoredEnshored is the leading outsourcer for start-ups.
