The responsibility of a Warehouse Manager is in-charge for the overall control, integrity, and performance of warehouse operations supporting aircraft materials, ensuring that all materials are properly received, inspected, stored, handled, and issued in compliance with operational, regulatory, and quality requirements. Who Are We Looking For?College or University Graduate7–10 years of experience of progressive experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or aviation materials management2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in warehouse or inventory functionsExperience handling aircraft materials and component inventory within aviation environmentsExperience working with planning, maintenance, and logistics stakeholdersDemonstrated experience in inventory accuracy, audit compliance, and stock controlExperience in aviation materials systems (RAMCO/SAP/AMOS or equivalent) Major Responsibilities Manages and directs Officers and Specialists across Inventory Analyses, Receiving & Inspection, Packing & Shipping, Main Inventory, and Outstation Inventory functionsEnsures alignment of teams with operational priorities, compliance requirements, and performance objectivesDrives capability development, workload management, and accountability across warehouse operationsReviews and endorses inventory adjustments, discrepancies, and non-standard actions for approvalApproves warehouse operations, inventory control measures, and material handling practicesReviews and endorses inventory adjustments, discrepancies, and non-standard actions for approval
