Job description
1. Livestream Sales & PerformanceLead high-energy TikTok livestreams (typically 2–4 hours per session) to promote and sell diverse product lines, from beauty and fashion to electronics.Use proven sales techniques—such as "flash sales," countdowns, and highlighting exclusive TikTok Shop vouchers—to encourage immediate purchases.Provide clear, honest, and engaging demonstrations of product features, benefits, and usage to reduce buyer hesitation.Actively monitor the comment section to answer product queries, manage objections, and build a rapport with the audience to foster brand loyalty.2. Post-Stream Content Creation & CollaborationRepurpose highlights from successful livestreams into high-engagement "shippable" videos for the TikTok feed.Work alongside guest influencers and creators to co-create content, leveraging their following to drive traffic back to the brand’s TikTok Shop.Stay ahead of TikTok trends, sounds, and challenges to ensure post-stream content remains relevant and discoverable on the "For You" Page (FYP).
