TERRITORY SALES SUPERVISOR (Mindoro)

Job Summary: The Territory Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing sales operations within the assigned area, ensuring achievement of sales targets. This role leads and develops a sales team, builds strong relationships with customers and distributors, and drives effective execution across General Trade, Distributor and Retail channels to grow market presence. Job Description: Oversee and supervise sales operations within the assigned territory.

Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are achieved or exceeded. Develop, maintain, and acquire customers to expand business opportunities. Hire, train, develop, and motivate sales personnel to improve team performance. Monitor sales activities, field execution, and territory coverage. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, accounts, and customers. Ensure proper execution of trade programs across General Trade and/or Retail channels.

Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on territory performance.

Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field Open to candidates with at least a 2-year college education, provided they have relevant field sales experience in account and relationship management. Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in people management or team leadership. Working experience in FMCG sales or related field is an advantage. Preferably with experience in General Trade, Distributor, and/or Retail operations.

Strong background in customer relationship management, sales planning, and execution. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
